There have only been a few RARE occasions that have required us to wake Clare up ahead of her body's natural alarm clock.
Hopefully we'll keep it that way.
Many of the comments we've received on our blog mention something about Clare's perpetual smile. While that is usually the case, we wanted to show you that she does have another side.

I think the best part of all of it is that you captured it...it's almost like you staged this whole thing just to have a good blog post..."Hey Phil, grab the camera! Let's wake up Clare and capture it on tape, I'm running out of blog ideas!" Hehehe just kidding!
She seriously is so cute...it is like I can smell the baby sheets from the crib over the Internet...I LOVE smelling my babies when they wake up...yummy! I do have to ask...in the third picture, in the lower left hand corner of the crib...are those her gopher marks again!? That is hilarious!

Very nice attention to detail Heidi! I wouldn't have otherwise noticed the gopher marks! And yes, this looks completely premeditated. This is one of the first pictures you've showed us with her not immensely enjoying life!
