Little Miss Drools-A-Lot is Learning to Roll Over

Clare proudly wears a puddle of drool on every outfit these days, and she's constantly making spit bubbles. Despite her soggy clothes, and our wet shoulders, she's still full of smiles. She giggled for the first time of Friday, and she's been doing it ever since. Phil has the magic touch when it comes to making her laugh, and it truly melts my heart EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Notice the drool.
Clare has never really been a fan of tummy time, but she's starting to tolerate it a little bit more. We've been working on rolling over, and here is the sequence of movements.

Little Miss Clare is SO CUTE . . .and SO full of drool!!! How precious it is to see the little things in your life that make moments to cherish for a life time!! Clare has the BEST smile around, and I'm sure that her giggle is highly ranked as well!!! :)

WHAT!!!??? You tell that Clare Bear to slow it on down! She is not supposed to do that rolling over trick for another month! And this giggling? My goodness! I will have to see that for myself. : )

What does Phil do to make her giggle? get really close to her face and make cute noises/faces? And what have you figured out, mom? Does Phil make her smile more since he's away from her longer, so anything he does seems new and fun compared to what she sees all day? i feel an experiment coming on... : )

Oh, and BTW, the news of our little first-commenter-secret-competition is no longer secret. Your mom spilled to beans to my mom last week. Funny how our moms talk about the darnedest things! You knew I had cancer before I even did!!! lol.

And the slacker comes in 4th! Not fair. I'm just waiting for the flip-book version of Clare rolling over. Could be a best seller!
