6 hours old and we're in love!

This is Auntie Ann posting for the proud parents...
thanks for letting me brag about the little bundle of joy!
Corrie was amazing throughout the entire labor and delivery. It was so beautiful to watch Phil support Corrie throughout the process and witness them experiencing the miracle of life together.
The nurses and doctors could not stop talking about Corrie's amazing poise and strength. She didn't use any medicine and hardly made a noise until the final contractions.

Clare is taking after her Auntie Ann with a full head of hair at birth.

Phil is a natural! When he first held her, Clare couldn't take her eyes off him. She loves her daddy! (And I think he's pretty enamored by her as well!)

She is perfect! Her skin is so smooth and clear and she has the cutest cubby cheeks!

Daddy loves his little girl!

Ahhhh!!!
What a precious little girl. I'm just rejoicing with you at the miracle you are now holding.
What a blessing to have a healthy little one. I'm also so happy that your family could be there to experience this moment with you. Congratulations guys! May God RICHLY bless your family. Enjoy every minute of her! Would you rub her back for me? I love it when babies are brand new and the skin on their back is so loose. Trust me, in about 1-2 weeks that tightens up. It is a newborn thing. AND...smell her! I love the smell of newborns. It is just too precious. Ahh...I'm just so happy for you! Can't stop smiling! Thanks for posting the pics so quickly. Keep them coming!
Blessings!

Ann, thank you SOOO MUCH! I've been dying all day to get more pictures. She is truly precious! I love the family picture. Did you get to be there during delivery?

Corrie, you are AMAZING! Nice work on the Bradley Method without even taking the actual class! I know Phil must've been a big support and reason that you two made it through so well.

She looks just PERFECT! I wish I were there! I would be ok if you posted new pictures EVERYDAY!!! : )

Hello new parents (that still blows my mind)! So I know that I already commented recently, but I had a thought/question for you. Yesterday, along with being a very beautiful little girl's birthday, was my good friend, Alex's birthday. Well, we went out to dinner at an Indian cuisine resturant to celebrate with her. Well, this got me thinking of other diverse types of edible treats, and I thought of japanese food; more specifically, SUSHI!! I then remembered how you couldn't partake in this wonderful food while you were preggers...any plans to eat any soon (it could be a holy-cow-I-just-had-a-baby feast)? Anyways, just another random rant from the mind of liz bosch..okay. Bye. Love you.
