Clare-Bear is three-weeks old today. WOW! We've been settling into a routine, adjusting to a different schedule, and falling more and more in love with our little girl. Her outfit says, "HUG ME," but that comes without direction. We spend most of the day hugging on her.

There is something magical about the way a newborn cuddles up on your chest. We just want to freeze time and soak up every special moment.

This is my favorite part of the morning...checking up on my girl!
I agree. I still rock Abbie to sleep at night just to get that chest-snuggle that is so elusive these days. I think it's "magical" for the girls, too. Can you imagine a more secure place? Enjoy!
I love that not only did you not LOOK pregnant, you don't look like you just had a baby 3 weeks ago either!! :)
She's precious and I can't wait to hold her someday. One of my favorite things at work is when I get to hold babies up to my chest to listen to their lungs. Or when they cry and I hold them and they stop. Good practice! ha!
Still lovin the blogs. I concur with Ann...it's one of my favorite parts of my week when you blog.
Yeah! . . . Three weeks!! You all look so happy together, and I am really excited for you guys. I have been checking when I can, and it is always fun to see a new story-of-the-day!
Is a trip to Michigan in the near future? If so, then Clare won't be the only one that I'll be wanting to give a great, big hug to!! ;)
p.s.-that is officially the COOLEST way to write my name . . .
You guys make the cutest family.... :) Cant wait to hear what all the future has to bring. Clue me in on first words, actions, etc!! Missing you more and more each day, and lovin' high school. My reading teacher thinks I am a spectacular writer and comments my assignments like " best reading log" or " best essay " Its pretty funny, actually. Stay in touch,
Skippy
