I walked out of the bathroom to find Clare sitting on our bed like this. Phil arranged her perfectly to sit up with the teddy bear, and it was hilarious. He was waiting around the corner to watch my reaction. Oh...the fun we have with a three-week old. I never imagined writing about such silly little stories, but this is the joy of our life right now. :)

Clare was a fan of the Bumbo seat...even though it is still a bit large for her body size.

Strap me in! I'm ready for a ride!

Little Miss Chunky Cheeks LOVES riding in the car. We made a trip to church yesterday afternoon (to figure out what we need to do for baptism), and Clare was out like a light before we even put the carseat in the car. I suppose it's one of those Pavlov's associated responses. We may have to try that during the middle of the night sometime.

Enjoy your sleeping-in-the-carseat moments...I hear they don't last forever!
Natalie really likes her Bumbo seat. It has been working out well to put her on the counter when I'm working in the kitchen. She loves to watch all the action and be in the middle of it. We even bought the tray so she can use it as a high chair when we start to feed her solids. Even at 2 years old, Sophia likes to sit in it! They are fabulous!

Cute!!! I can't wait to see what other random things Phil comes up with to pose Clare. I'm picturing ET right now with her face amongst 20 other stuffed animals. :)
I'm glad that you are both enjoying parenthood so much. We love hearing about you two connecting so well on a completely new and different level. She's lucky to grow up and watch such a healthy interaction!
I got her announcement yesterday! SO CUTE! It will adorn my office door right next to your wedding announcement as soon I as remember to bring it down to work. :) People still comment on how beautiful your pictures are!
Keep this pictures coming! I love to see all the new "Clare" pictures. :) I had a great time with your mom on Thursday night... It was a great success, with lots more parties booked! We'll have to chat again soon. Keep enjoying motherhood. Love you!
